Creating Mentally Healthy Work Environments
The Wellness Works program is designed to identify emotional challenges affecting employees and provide education and support to business and organizational leaders throughout Lake, Porter, Newton, and Jasper Counties.
Key components of the program include:
-
Workplace Mental Health Survey: An assessment tool to gauge the emotional well-being of employees.
-
Educational Presentations: Expert-led sessions on key mental health topics to increase awareness and understanding.
-
Suicide Prevention Training: Equipping leaders and staff with the skills to recognize warning signs and intervene effectively.
By proactively addressing mental health challenges, Wellness Works helps create a positive, supportive workplace culture that improves employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall well-being.
